My parents sent me a package from my home country.
There are lots of chocolate candy that are impossible to get one even in asian market, so I was super excited to open it.
My mom also included some seasoning for me. It was supposed to use as pasta sauce, called takana pasta sauce. But to me, it wasn’t good with pasta. I didn’t want to waste it, so I’ve decided to use it as fried rice seasoning.
(Takana by the way is the mustard green. We as asian people eat it as pickles and put them in rice ball.)
I believe the seasoning can be purchased in asian grocery, so I put review too!

As I stated above, it was supposed to be used as pasta sauce but the sauce was too strong with pasta noodle, so I put 3 stars on this review.
Takana is mustard green, so the sauce itself has zesty, savory, sophisticated flavor of spiciness. And the takana paste is mixed with aromatic sesame oil, so the pasta mix gives you flavorful aroma and rich taste just with a small package of them. The packet included 2 sauce, 2 topping mix(sesame seeds and chili pepper flakes.)
However, if you want to make delicious food by using it, you should put a variety of veggies to make it lighter spiciness for the sauce, otherwise your food will be ruined for its hotness.
