Hello there, welcome to my new posting!
Today’s recipe is pizza, but although as some of you may expect it to be with tomato sauce, it is not with tomato sauce but mayo sauce!
Bread is one of the food I didn’t like to eat when I was a kid. Little version of me thought it’s too much on my stomach so I tended to avoid eating it. As time went by, I started to eat bread thanks to the opportunities to try lots of lots of awesome food around the world. As a result, I met mayo sauce pizza and this is one of my favorite bread dish today.
Creamy mayo and sweetcorn, crispy asparagus and mellow chickpea make wonderful harmony. Also to give a little twist, I used naan as pizza crust!
Corn and Chickpea Mayo Pizza
- 1 your favorite bread (I used naan)
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- ¼ cup chickpea
- Some asparagus
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon mustard
- Some salt and pepper
- Some red pepper
- Preheat oven 400°F
- Cook asparagus
- Mix corn and chickpea with mayo
- Spread veggies on crust and bake in oven until it is crispy and golden
- Sprinkle chili pepper
Hey, are you about to call domino pizza? Quit it and just bake this mayo pizza!:P
