Chive Sauce for Dumplings

Hello everyone, welcome to my new posting!

 

Did you try my dumpling recipe yet? I hope that was crispy and juicy tasty one!

And… now I think I forgot to share must have sauce for my dumplings.

 

If you like chive’s great flavor, this is the one you should try. This soy sauce based sauce has sweet, hot, and zesty flavor, so by comparing with having dumplings with just soy sauce, this one can grade up your dumplings!

<Ingredients>

  • 100ml ponzu sauce
  • ½ tablespoon gochujang
  • 1.4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tablespoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil

 

<Direction>

In a saucepan, put sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to diffuse aroma with medium high heat. Add chives and cook for about 5 min. Pour other ingredients and mix well.

 

Now you can have perfect dumplings!
