Hello there, welcome to my new posting!
Another recipe of sandwich with portobello mushroom!
Seems like I’m too obsessed to portobello mushroom. I guess I should go back to have the portobello dish?
I liked balsamic taste, but I want to explore new world of taste, so this one I paired up with cream cheese filling.
By comparing last sandwich recipe, this one has more creamy (of course!) and mellow flavor.
Which one you like better? Let’s find out! 😀
Cream Cheese and Portobello Mushroom Sandwich
- Some bread
- ½ large portobello – sliced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- ¼ cup spinach
- 3 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 radish – chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley – chopped
- Some salt and pepper
- Make cheese spread
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, radish, parsley and mix well. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- Cook portobello
In a large pan, melt butter and cook portobello. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Build sandwich
Slice bread into crosswise. On the bottom of bread, spread cheese mixture.
Place spinach and Portobello
Set bread tops in place. If you like, place decorated stick 😀
Oops, I should take pic of sliced sandwich! I don’t know which pic is with balsamic or with cream cheese!
Enjoy cooking and sandwich! 😀
