When you are super hungry, it is good idea to have nice and thick, rich flavor of food with a big bowl of rice. Thick sauce with rice makes the best combination all the time, and if the rich flavor is made with miso…what you say, another bowl of rice, please!
Crispy cabbage and tofu in miso sauce…God, who knows when you can stop eating!?
<Today’s Recipe>
Cabbage and Fried Tofu Miso Stir Fry

<Ingredients>
- 3 cups of cabbage – cut
- ½ cup fried tofu – sliced
- 1 large carrot – sliced
- ½ pack shimeji mushroom -tear up
- 1 clove garlic – sliced
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
<Direction>
- Cook veggies and tofu
In a large pan, put sesame oil and bring it to medium high heat. Add cabbage, carrots, tofu and cook for about 10 min.
- Mix all other ingredients for sauce
- Pour sauce into veggies and cook for about 3 min
Rich miso sauce veggie could be THAT tasty!
