Product Review: Martha White Blueberry Cheesecake Muffin Mix

As I walked in the aisle of baking section, I always spend about 15 min to decide which baking mix to buy. This is like a torture to decide one from a huge wall of selection, so I grab a mix, stare at the package of front first, then back, return it, and proceed to the next one that appeals to me and realize some more minutes past.

So to save your precious time,  here is a  detailed product review I used for baking Blueberry Cheesecake Muffin.

*This is NOT for an affiliate purpose hence I don’t get paid, so this is my very honest (spicy) review;)

<Product Review>

Name: Martha White Blueberry Cheesecake Muffin Mix

Contains: 7oz (makes 6 muffins)

Price: $.87 (@where I bought)

Need: ¼ cup milk

Main ingredients: Enriched Bleached Flour, Sugar, Artificial Blueberry Bits, Cream Cheese Blend, Dried Cream Cheese

Will buy again?: Maybe, as a stock for emergency food. But I’ll continue to switch brand since this wasn’t my ultimate favorite.

Easy to make with just 2 ingredients. Under 30 seconds, you can put the dough in an oven and you’ll get freshly baked muffin within 20min. But! You really can’t expect that to taste like blueberry “Cheesecake.” I could feel blueberry but cheesecake…? If you really want the cheesecake flavor on it, you may add real cream cheese as icing. Also, the blueberry chunks were chewy like gummy. As you can see from the main ingredients, super artificial.

Pro: Price, Convenience

Con: Lack of cream cheese flavor, Texture of blueberry chunk, Artificial product

It will be my pleasure if my review help your home cooking experience:)

Muffin with a little make up to stand in the red(pink) carpet. Oh, I should’ve used a blueberry to match the muffin flavor!!

Enjoy home cooking and your own creation of homemade food:)
