Cherry Wine Jelly

Can you finish a bottle of wine just in a single dinner?

If you say yes, I’m so jealous! When I was a kid, adult people could easily drink a fancy bottle of wine with elegant manner, but reality for me wasn’t what I expected. If my dinner buddy and I finish a bottle of wine at dinner, we both end up in bed passing out, and what is waiting for us? Extra-hard level of hangover! Why don’t we finish up the next day’s dinner? Well, my dinner buddy refused to drink it a day old wine…what a spoiled huuuuman!!

We both don’t like to waste food, so here is rescuing a day old wine in a fancy, refreshing way: make a dessert with it!

I bought this wine from Trader Joe’s and it was great! Not too strong, not too spicy/sweet. I think this is a perfect wine for beginners, so if you fancy some wine, try this! The review is up already!
