When my dinner buddy and I went to NY for sightseeing, it was July and super hot and humid. We were planning to visit the Statue of Liberty and were stunned to see the beauty of American symbol. After spending several hours there, my dinner buddy said “hey, look” by pointing at something. I saw a lemonade stand and immediately ran to make a line while my dinner buddy wanted me to pay attention to the beautiful flower right next to the lemonade stand. My eyes didn’t see the flower until my dinner buddy told me about it after we got a bottle of lemonade.

Tangy Mustard Radish and Tomato Salad
- 6~8 radish – thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato – chopped
- Some parsley
- ½ lime for juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- Mix ingredients for dressing in a mixing bowl and add tomatoes.
- Place radish in a circle on a plate and put the tomato in a center.
- Sprinkle parsley and pour remaining dressing on radishes. Serve and enjoy!
