Chai Tea Latte

When autumn has arrived, you’ll notice the air starts to contain spice flavor, especially from your neighbor’s cafe. If you are a fan of spice, it must be your favorite season. Even if you are not a fan, the flavor of spice lets you notice the season change and start to think about what to give for your family/friends in the holiday season. 

But before taking you into a difficult moment to decide gifts, let’s indulge you with a yummy drink. When I think about drinks with spice, this one comes first in my mind: Chai tea latte! 

Warm strong tea with creamy milk and a touch of your favorite variety of spice…mmm, head to the nearest cafe, oh wait, to your kitchen!!

 

<Today’s Recipe>

Chai Tea Latte

<Ingredients>

  • ½ cup strongly brewed black tea
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1.5+ tablespoon sugar
  • Some cardamom powder
  • Some cinnamon powder
  • Some clove powder
  • Some whipped cream

 

<Directions>

  1. Combine all ingredients except whipped cream together in a pot and bring it to medium high heat.
  2. Right before it’s boiled, remove from heat and pour it in a cup.
  3. Top with whipped cream, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and clove powder. Enjoy!

*Play with what and how much spices you put in your latte! Adjusting them in your favorite way is what homemade can do! 😀

 

When I’m mixing spices, I feel like I became a witch creating some magical potion. Does it create people aggressive, or to make people foodie? 😉
