White Chocolate Panna Cotta Raspberry Sauce

Happy National Dessert Day!

Did you know, today 10/14 is National dessert Day to eat something sweet and yummy and celebrate the day:D So of course, today’s posting involves dessert:P

Do you like white chocolate?

I have been a huge fan of white chocolates since I was a little kid, so even though someone said chocolate color, I’d imagine white without any doubt. Now, I’m still a huge fan and feeling sad after I heard white chocolate is a controversial snack for being not real chocolate.

Hmmm, if you say so there are so many foods that have the name they are not supposed to be called. The bottom line I care about is whether it’s yummy or not: so white chocolate passed!

My picky eater dinner buddy again abandoned white chocolate chips from mixed nuts, so I made them into a refreshing yummy snack/dessert! Silky sweet white chocolate with tangy raspberries…yay or nay?

Note for everyone: pour extra sauce and put 2+ raspberries on top. Never put just 1 raspberry otherwise there would be some awkward moments when you bring this yummy dessert to a dining table;)
