Vienna Coffee

Just in case my understanding was wrong, I did some research about today’s recipe. Phew! My image for the coffee wasn’t totally wrong, unlike the russian tea🙂

Vienna Coffee: strong coffee/espresso topped with whipped cream! Sometimes people put cocoa powder or chocolate in coffee but whipped cream is the remarkable point for Vienna coffee. Some people call it Espresso Con Panna(Italian)

The whipped cream became one of my controversial foods back in my childhood: I felt ill after I ate a huge bowl of whipped cream all by myself without any help. But gradually the love for whipped cream became more vivid day by day, and now me, the whipped cream lover is here proudly! If you don’t like whipped cream, bring them all to me, I can help. And for those who love whipped cream like me, let’s drink Vienna coffee together!
