Nutty Cocoa Oatmeal Cookie

Happy National Bake Cookies Day!

Hmm, I think I’m having deja vu. I remember I greeted you pretty similar the other day.But we need to forgive this situation because Americans loooove celebration and cookies! Also this is the perfect time to enjoy baking in this holiday season. Since a lot of people have family gatherings, it’s always good to have something to munch, and don’t worry about baking too much, we have more people than the ordinary days and we all need to stock “something” to fight the freaky cold! (Don’t call it fat, it’s just like an energy bar:P)

Nuts are the must, and let’s sprinkle some rich cocoa powder on a dough and make the flavorful cookies!
