When I was a kid, I didn’t like bread but my mom loved bread, so I sometimes follow my mom going to a bakery. Like many kids do, I expect to get some treats wherever I go, so I chose bread with mayo and corn while my mom chose a variety of bread, maybe around 10 kinds or so. Crunchy bread with creamy sweet corn and mayo was an irresistible temptation, and while I’m warming up the bread, the rich creamy burnt mayo wafted in my dining room and it was my favorite smell caused in the kitchen. Got jealous of my childhood? Don’t be, because you can smell the aroma in your kitchen too!
