Hot Honey Ginger Lemonade

Winter is good. If you are lucky enough to live in a place where it’s snow, you see beautiful scenery from a window while cuddling in blankets. Some people get a fireplace and you eat ice cream right in front of them and enjoy hot and cold all at once.

Enjoy winter, people. Don’t ruin your happy cold day by catching a cold!

I know it’s like a torture to turn off the heater, but as long as you are in a heated room, don’t forget to drink something to stay hydrated. Dehydration is a huge enemy for staying healthy. If you don’t feel like water, let’s make the perfect winter drink to fight with a cold!

Ready to make a nice refreshing drink in your little break? Let’s cook:)

Mmm, refreshing and a little spicy drink is so obsessive! Lemon’s tangy flavor soothes your throat and ginger’s herb aroma leaves sophisticated aftertaste.

Easy recipe, easy cooking, with a high return of yummy, refreshing drinks!

<Cooking Tips>

If you get a leftover, store in a fridge in air-tight container. I had the lemon ginger syrup for 2 weeks at the maximum without any problem;)

If you slice the lemon a little thick, extend marinated time. In my case, 3~4th day was the prime time! (I usually finish them within a week. Sometimes eating marinated lemon straightly from the container, especially after shower is such a great moment in a day.)

Cheers to your lovely winter, everyone:D
