Tofu with Sesame Ginger Sauce

Growing up with the culture close to tofu, they are one of my regulars on my dining table. I usually eat them with soy sauce, scallions, bonito flakes, and either a little amount of wasabi or ginger, but sometimes I want to get away from the usual and try new things. While Tahini is originally from mediterranean cuisine, we, Asian, use sesame seeds a lot so let’s pair them up for asian-mediterranean fusion food!

Mmm, so creamy yummy! One day I will make some tofu from scratch. Tofu is a signature food in Asian cuisine but I feel a little shamed I haven’t made them on my own…

By the way, did anyone notice there is something that isn’t supposed to be on the pic?

Well, the answer is the pot holding my precious sauce. I got it as a milk pot, but I used this as a dressing pot because this was the only pot looked fancy! I shall wash it thoroughly to remove the ginger smell, otherwise my guest would feel weird for serving tea!!
