Spicy Cream Cheese Tomato Bruschetta

Happy National Wine Day!

I know a lot of people celebrate the day with several glasses of wines, but never drink without any food in your stomach. This is a little tip but very fundamental point to have fun drinking wines. Crunchy creamy bread with refreshing tomatoes…sounds tempting, right?

Let’s cook the yummy bruschetta and grub your favorite wine!

Spicy Cream Cheese Tomato Bruschetta

  • Some baguette

Cream cheese spread

  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/3 lime for juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • Some black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon carrot – finely chopped
  • ½ jalapeno – finely chopped


  • ½ large tomato – finely chopped
  • Some black pepper
  • Some parsley



  1. Toast baguette (Or you can skip this step if you like it soft)
  2. Mix all ingredients for cheese spread and set aside
  3. Spread cheese spread on toast
  4. Put tomato on a baguette and sprinkle black pepper and parsley. Enjoy!
