If you really have to choose one, which one do you choose: Tomato sauce pasta or cream sauce pasta?
I know, it’s so hard to choose, and I’m aware that I just dropped a bomb to take you to the huge debate. So now, let’s just compromise the idea and go back to the beautiful peace: let’s have both, but you only get a half portion of each sauce!
- 160g spaghetti
- Some arrabbiata sauce
- Some cream sauce
- Some parsley
- Fill water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add spaghetti and cook until they are al dente.
- While cooking pasta, let’s warm up the sauce in pots.
- Drain pasta and divide them into half amounts. One to be mixed in arrabbiata sauce, and the other half into the cream sauce.
- Transfer spaghetti to a plate and sprinkle some parsley. Enjoy!
Mmmm, yum! As you can guess, this recipe was born to clean up the leftovers. As a soup, we didn’t have enough left, but as a sauce, we’ve got enough!
Feeling strange? Well, soup as sauce is not that bad actually, so try it once:D
