Macha Latte

The initial intention why my dinner buddy bought a huge 1 lb tin of matcha powder is for matcha latte. My dinner buddy drinks at least ½ gallon of tea/coffee/seltzer water every single day, no matter how hot or cold the day is. And back in the day, he was craving for matcha and here it is. 

I didn’t talk about our matcha latte recipe until now, but this is one of the most popular drinks in our household, especially after COVID-19 spreads all around the world so that we needed to stay home and work. 

Sometimes people want something richer than coffee, lighter than hot chocolate so the matcha latte is the perfect choice!

Matcha Latte

<Ingredients>

• 1 teaspoon matcha powder
• 2 cups almond milk
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Some whipped cream

<Directions>

1. Mix matcha powder, almond milk, sugar together in a pot and bring it to medium high heat.
2. Right before it’s boiled, remove from heat and pour them in a cup.
3. Place some whipped cream and sprinkle matcha powder. Enjoy!

Mmm! Yum!

But wait, why every time I saw matcha-something, they look like mold so I have to hesitate a little to upload my pic somewhere?
