Good morning! For those who live in the country with daylight saving, yay to 1 hour extra sleep yesterday! And I know…it’s just 1 hour but it’s so tough to adjust to the new time, right?
I think my mind is still confused, so I’ll be short today.
Here is yesterday’s brunch.
I enjoyed relaxing time having sunny side up, cheese toast, cucumber and radish salad seasoned with a little salt and nutritional yeast.
Pretty easy, pretty quick to cook.
So daylight saving…Do you like it? Japan doesn’t have the system so I wondered what it’s like to feel suddenly 1 hour disappear/appear in a single day and everyone needs to follow. It’s good that we don’t have a clock that needs to be adjusted manually, but for those who do, it’s a day for a headache, right? I used to enjoy the start day and end day of daylight saving, but as I’m getting older, it’s so annoying…just 1 hour but it’s dragging me for, say, a week or a couple. I’m like where on the earth that precious 1 hour go?
