Happy Wednesday!
I see a lot of people post a single picture today without caption with #wordlesswednesday, and today I gotta follow the trend.
Well I do it on my instagram, but this blog has so many spaces to be chatty, so let me talk a whole story here.
And for today, you need to see the pic first.
<Today’s Recipe>
Sesame Cauliflower
This looks yummy, right? I know, I remember it was good as my main dish of dinner the other day(long time ago.)
And here is a big problem…I didn’t take a note of how I made it. I only improvised it in my kitchen, took out the freshly baked cauliflower from the oven, took pictures, and ate it.
That’s it.
I thought I remember the recipe but no…I only got 136mb on my brain, so I know it’s baked cauliflower by looking at pic, but I wasn’t sure what flavor I added until I checked the pic name set as “sesame cauliflower.”
I think I used tahini and maybe soy sauce…oh wait, did I?
So here is a big tip for bloggers…have your iPhone/android handy. There are so many good apps to keep what you’re doing throughout a day. You can type it, you can record your voice memo, or you can even use it as a security camera of what you’re doing in the kitchen.
Cheers to my short memory…hope you have a wonderful day to remember forever xoxo

Sesame is such an under-utilized ingredient in US cooking: whether in oil, toasted seeds or any other option…such a great flavor!

That cauliflower looks delicious 😋
Hehe, I am often having the same problem as you do. 😁 But sometimes it goes even further and I completely forget to take the photo before devouring the food I prepared, too.
Since I quite often cook without using any recipe, I also end up not knowing what and how much of what I used. 🤪

Exactly!!😂🙌💕✨ I only occasionally use measuring spoons and cups when I bake or to write down the recipe😂😂✨

That looks delicious, as well as your other cauliflower recipes! Ugh! I have a had a draft on my blog for a long time , and I can’t remember what the recipe is. It’s called “Sundance Latte”. I know it is tea. But I make a lot of teas.👀

Oh my gosh, I do this all the time in the kitchen 😅 I make something so tasty and forget how I do it haha I like the idea of a voice memo, just something quick that you can note down approximately how much of what you’re tossing in. I’m going to try to do that this year. New year’s resolution 2022! haha and I’m going to try out some sesame cauliflower, sounds dreamy!

Thank you dear for visiting my blog and leaving lovely comment❤️
I know right!?🤣And when we’re finally ready to write down the recipe, the memory is fading😂 Sometimes it gets even funnier, I find multiple notes about recipe and I was like “ok, this recipe belongs to this pic…oh wait…is it?”😂
Love your new year resolution, I should set it as mine too!(Well, it’s not going well though haha!)
