Happy World Health Day! Let’s celebrate this educational day by thinking about our health. This year’s theme for World Health Day is “Our planet, our health.”
What I can think about the relationship between my body and this planet is that I always enjoy the beautiful harvest made on the Earth. For some people, it might sound familiar if someone, especially kids, say “I don’t like veggies!”, but what makes our body healthy and energetic is eating fresh, nutritious food, such as vegetables everyday.
Vegetables also let me enjoy artistic activity, so let’s have some fun together!
Ready? Let’s cook!

<Cooking Tips>
Enjoy how you make a presentation! There is no good or bad in art…but just make sure you wash your vegetables well:)
Mmm, I got my roma tomato just perfect! They were as juicy as they’re harvested in the right timing and my dressing gave an aromatic tangy touch to the vegetables.
Also, I like flowers. Even though I’m not good at growing them properly, I admire how beautiful they bloom, especially in Spring!
So speaking about “fresh” “yummy” vegetables, it sometimes gets into a competition. It less likely happens as a lot of distributors carefully bring vegetables/fruits to our neighborhood’s grocery stores, but I used to find some insects had already been enjoying them. As you can guess, I was shocked and freaked out…but these insects would have been more surprised and mad at me thinking I disturbed their meal time.
This is a Loquat tree in my apartment’s garden. I’m waiting for them to be fully ripe. Also I’m crossing my fingers that no one has touched their hands on them.
Do you enjoy eating vegetables and fruits? Keep going, and let’s thank the beautiful planet!

Oh my goodness! I have not seen a loquat in years, maybe a few decades! We had a tree at the house I grew up in and I really like the sweet sour taste of them. Also I liked the seeds, I used to throw them at my sister when I was mad…ha ha 🙂
Thank you again for another thing to try with the Bonito flakes! 🙂

A~haha, you did exactly what I did to my older brother!!😂😂😂 If I did it outside, there would be so many loquat in my neighbor~😅
So I was a little surprised…to me, loquat were one of the most popular fruits around this early summer season. My neighbor’s grocery had so many of them ready to be enjoyed for dessert every year, but as soon as I moved to the US, I stopped seeing them😭 And you also don’t see them for a few decades, right? Do you think they’re only available at certain place?🤔

Ha ha ha😂 lucky you had a brother!I had four sisters, all older 😆🙊
I will have to research it. My husband works in produce, maybe he knows. I remember our tree would be covered in them but I can almost taste it. I think the flavor would make a great drink or marinade oooh or maybe cooked down to make a dessert like a filling 🧐
