  1. Toss all ingredients for fillings in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Spread hummus on the wrap and place the fillings in the center. Wrap it and enjoy!

<Cooking Tips>

I used Italian style egg white wraps from Egglife for today’s recipe. Although I recommend their product especially if you’re on a gluten free/keto diet, you can totally substitute it with any wrap like tortillas.

Haha, believe me it sure had hummus in it, but well, they’re playing hide and seek when I shot the picture! Anyways, I hope you’ll enjoy International Hummus Day tomorrow!

<Questions to Visitors>

I recently tried gluten free wraps for the first time, and it made me realize how tasty they are and I want to explore for more. Has anyone tried some other types of products that you can substitute with tortillas? Although my neighbor doesn’t have it yet, I especially want to try this vegan coconut wraps from NUCO. I would appreciate it if you give me some advice!

I’ve been a little down this week because I got a little side effect from the med I’m taking now. Hopefully I can come back as usual: talking-chatting-Tanooki!

Have a great day, everyone:)

  1. I LOVE hummus, now I want to go make a hummus wrap 🤤 Do you like corn tortillas? Flour tortillas are what most people buy, but the corn tortillas are usually gluten free by default. I’m sorry you’ve not been feeling the best on your medication. I hope your body can adapt soon and you start feeling more like yourself 😊

      Aww, thank you dear for sweet word❤️ Yes hopefully I can get back to normal me✨

      And for corn tortillas…yes I love it! I totally forgot about the fact their main ingredients of flour is made from corns! My neighbor got a big Hispanic grocery so I usually buy a pack and whenever we couldn’t finish them, I just pop them in to my air fryer and make chips👍💕

    Btw, love hummus, it makes a great spread for sandwiches if you are like me and do not like mayonnaise.

      Ah you don’t like mayo? Haha I swapped mayo with hummus too when I want to make my sandwich vegan🤗
      I was shocked American mayo and Japanese “kewpie” mayo got so different flavor even though they have the exact same name “mayo”🤣 But sure, mayo can make everything “mayo flavored” so it’s a headache to anyone who doesn’t like mayo😂

        Definitely not a fan of mayo unless it is so mixed in a recipe that you don’t notice it. You are so right, the flavor spreads…😂

        Hummus is just tasty enough and keeps the bread from being dry in a sandwich 🙂 I think I will make some.

        Good! I cooked garbanzo beans and wondered if I should make some croquette or hummus, but all disappeared for croquette🤣 If you make some, please enjoy!(and if you added some flavor let me know! Deli section in Trader Joe’s got broad selections for hummus but still wondered what ingredients/flavor makes the best hummus. I’m so beginner for hummus😳)

        Hummus is easy. You just need a good food processer, tahini, olive oil, garlic, honey and I think I am missing something. I am sure if you make it, it will be fabulous 🙂

    I didn’t have sour cream once, so I used garlic lover’s hummus on a burrito. It was good!
