Product Review: Martha White Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin Mix

Happy National Strawberry Cheesecake Day! 

I made a blueberry cheesecake version from the exact same brand before, and this time I gave it a try for the strawberry cheesecake version!

Main ingredients: Enriched Bleached Flour, Sugar, Artificial strawberry Bits, Cream Cheese Blend, Dried Cream Cheese, nonfat milk etc.

If you’re avoiding artificial flavor or chemicals, this is not for you. But if you know you sometimes crave for something sweet in the middle of night and want to stock up on emergency guilty pleasure food, try this! By looking back my baking life, I don’t usually see [fruit]-cheesecake flavored baking mix, so it’s good to have something with twist rather than lemon/chocolate/vanilla something. 

Pro: easy to bake(you only need ½ cup of milk), reasonable, sweet & yum

Con: lots of chemicals to make the flavor…when I checked ingredients, I thought I was in chemistry class.
